At Fox and Flare, we help venues, brands and businesses grow through commercial strategy, sales, partnerships and business development, with specialist support across event production, venue finding and recruitment. 

Based in London, we work closely with founders, owners and senior teams across hospitality, events, luxury, entertainment and beyond, helping identify opportunities, strengthen commercial performance and connect the right people. 

Every business is different, so our role can be as focused or as involved as you need. We might review your sales approach, build a new business pipeline, develop partnerships, recruit a key hire, produce an event or find the right venue. We can support a specific project or work alongside your team over a longer period.
